JPDIPSO (4957) - Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 9, 2004
Light rust color with a stable light tan head. Light malt and hops aromas with hints of yeast in the background. Fruit and citrus start. Smooth feel with a light bite of carbonation. Spice kicks in mid qauff, with hints of cumin, corriander, cinnemon and vanilla. Mild late warmth. Seems somewhat simple. Akin t a homebrew, but inviting and drinkable. the longer I was finished with this one the more I wanted another.
