Bottle. Golden color. Citric hay-like aroma and flavor. Slightly tart, yeasty with a hint of butter. Firm hopbitter finish. Not entirely clean, but drinkable.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light hoppy, citrus, light yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120422]

In bottle. Pours a blonde colour with an aroma of bready yeast, lemon zest, caramel, white pepper and grass. Similar flavours with lingering yeast notes and quite a dry finish. Quite bitter also.

Bottle at cgarvieukís Danish Invasion tasting. Slightly hazy yellow gold, with a thick bubbly whtie head that sticks around. Nice clean nose, peppery hops, hint of esters, bready malts and some light citrus. Clean palate, bready malts and soft citrus with a light bitter linger. Not bad.

Home 20110306 (33 cl bottle): A yellow beer (slightly cloudy) with a very good white head. Aroma: light malty; hopbitterness, some spicy en light citrus/fruity-ness. Taste not that specteculair: Some malt (grain). sweetness and a hopbitter aftertaste. Also some yeast. Dry bitter after a while.

Bottle@Home. Citrus, pear and light herbal aroma. Pale yellow colour, white head, hazy, fair lace. Sweetish start but more sweet in the finish, bit fruity sourness, light bitter, citrus and some ginger. Light alcoholic.
