Faint aroma - malt, hops, and caramel. Clear amber colour. Flavour of lightly roasted malt, hops, and bread. Nothing too special or memorable.

Copper pour, small white head. Aroma is musty, and earthy, with wet paper and some uk hop aromas, grassy, and slightly skunky. Mouth feel and darb are fine, up to par. The finish like the lager has a undef attenuated apple flavour. Wet paper and musty apples with a medium, almost harsh bitterness. This is not very good.

CASK : A hazed golden amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, decent. In mouth, a smooth fruity malt with grassy hops, resinous, pleasant. On Cask at c’est what beer fest.

Light copper pour, medium foamy light khaki head that sticks around with some lacing. Bready, caramel malt aroma, fairly mild. Taste is a bit more caramel, bit of bitterness. Light - medium body, slightly slick feel. Okay overall

[Can (473ml) shared with and courtesy of jercraigs & mabel] Pours golden-orange with an average size lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma is buttery and grassy, lightly resiny with hemp oil, must be the choice of hops -- I don’t really like it. Flavour is grainy, vegetal and with the aforementioned hops and backed by caramel malt. Moderate bitter finish. Average bodied. I didn’t care for this.

Clear copper pour with a frothy white head nice fruit, malt aroma. Honey malt flavour. Bitter finish. Slightly metallic and almost like a no name brand but warms up nicely.

2014-05-02. Crisp dark yellow orange body with a nice foamy off white head. 3+ Aroma of green leafy hops, slightly oily, musky hemp oil like quality to it. Flavour is similar, lightly vegetal leafy green hops, malty core. Whispers of tea like notes and earthy touches. Average bodied palate, sort carbonation. Surprisingly not as good as the lager. I do not care for the way it all comes together at all. Can from the LCBO
