Golden color, medium sized, slowly falling head. High carbonation, light body. Aroma :Hay, rotten eggs, cellar, fruits, a hinch of green apple, spicy and floral hops, soft diacetyl. Interesant, very complex, but for me notes of rotten eggs are to strong. Taste: Malty with medium ’’herbal" bitternes, short bitter finish.

0.5l PETka from Pivotéka Zly Casy. Hazy golden colour, big white head. Grainy-malty aroma. Very Czech character, good malts with Saaz hops resulting in a bitter-sweet character. Smooth palate and very well balanced, a very good beer.
