Bottle 500ml.

Unclear medium to dark amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, wood, horse blanket, barnyard, red wine, grapes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a average to long duration, malty, grapes, red wine. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110617]

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, and wood, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

50 cl bottle, courtesy of Mortlach, thanks mate! Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma os mild fruity and light citric. Mellow malty. Lingering light sweet and mellow overripe frui. Mild milky to citric finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy opaque amber with a small, creamy off-white head. Caramellish nose, only a slight tart whiff. Rich body, rich caramel and wood with a subtle lactic tartness. Warming alcohol finish. Not really sour, appears more like a slightly infected Barley Wine. 130612

Bottled. Deep amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is sour and tart notes with some slight sweet malts and mild vinegary notes. Flavour s fruits, some wooden notes as well as a rather big sour/tartness as well. Pleasant.

Bottle at yespr. Hazy red -brown coloured with a small off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel and dried fruits with notes of burnt sugar. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel and dried fruits with notes of red wine. Sweet finish.

(500ml bottle) Pours a lightly hazy amber body with a medium beige head. Aroma of vinous, horse blanket, barnyard, light raisins, and caramel. Flavor of caramel, vinous, cherry, and wood with a dry finish.

cloudy brown, small white head. wild yesty aroma, flavor is fruity , wild yeasty, dry, fruit peel.

bottled. Dark amber coloured. Dense light brown head. Aroma of sourness, fruites, spice, Flavour of caramel, sourness, berries, Medium bodied. Ends on a sour note full of berries.
