Pours a hazy orange color with a huge white head. Aroma is citrusy hops, grapefruit, orange, apricot, doughy as well, very sweet. Taste is thick and creamy on the tongue, orange juice with a hint of apricot, no grapefruit like the nose had, doughy, weak floral, not a lot of hops or bitter until a few sips in. Overall very good but much different from most beers I’ve had.

Buona birra ibrida. Aspetto dorato carico, torbido, frizzantezza contenuta. Aromi agrumati, erbacei, buccia d’arancia, mandarino. Sapore subito amaro agrumato, poi dolce, mieloso. Difetta forse nell’amaro finale.

Tap @ Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Nothing very specific in this beer but very well balanced, nice bitterness, abv very well hidden. Good!

Promossa.

It’s a balanced fusion of Ipa and Triple styles. So its creamy but hoppy. Toast but floreal...and so on. The result its a powerfull body. Great for cakes and meats.

A European Triple IPA with American hops? Ok, pretty smooth though! Not as hoppy as an American IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at Bir & Fud. Pours clear golden with an off white head. Aroma of grassy hops, weeds and nettles. Flavour is light sweet an moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Golden Belgian inspired IPA segments in the glass. Well balanced with a great hop flavor.

My Bottom Line:
Yellow pears leave way for rising green bitterness in this refined and beautifully distinctive hoppy Tripel.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A creamy sheet of foam covers the shiny golden haze.
-Triple IPA might be exaggerating a bit. ‘IPA’ or ’Tripel’ would do fine…
-Citrusy tropical fruit are present as well.
-Alcohol warmth is felt, which is not necessary at all for the style.
-That mouthfeel is superbly cushiony.
