deft (62), Sweden Mar 22, 2008 Bottle. Clear golden brown and a little light head. Sweet hoppy scent with bread and fudge. Taste has hops, some caramel, and bread, that stays through. Sweet and high on bitterness. Medium texture.
MiP (5011), Flensburg, Germany Aug 12, 2008 Bottle, 5.3%. Weak hop and yeast aroma. Hazy chestnut colour. Small tan ead. The flavour is light, but OK. Citric hops with a little yeast. Really nice aroma of some fruit and fresh hops. Taste is really bitter with lots of hops thrown in there. Really refreshing and well crafted beer. Diar (23), Sweden May 8, 2008 (bottle, 50cl) An amber, red ale with golden foam which formed a thin, creamy layer. Fresh, fruity aroma with a clear scent of melon (!). Full palate and very good taste with decent bitterness, well balanced roasted tone and again that melon. I liked this beer. tarjei (1166), Bryne, Norway Apr 9, 2008 50 cl bottle, bougth in Strømstad. Shared with Roger during the Liverpool - Arsenal game yesterday. Brown color, beige head. Aroma is hops and sweet malt. Flavor is Sweet caramel malt, hops and fruit. Bitterdry finish. Really nice beer!
