I buy everything that says "farmhouse" on the label - I need to learn to stop doing that - hazy golden, fizzy beer, with a quickly fading head - aroma of peach, apricot, minerals, some skunky character, earthy notes - hard water, drying mineral mouthfeel - stale hoppy flavor - some mildly fruity notes - long lasting herbal bitterness in the finish - remarkably unremarkable.

Oct 9, 2008 330ml bottle. White small head. More yellow than golden colored. Aroma of apricots and perfume. In flavor at the beginning the are fruity and floral taste.. honey. Turns to very bitter quickly.

Oct 3, 2008 330ml Bottle (Thanks to my lovely girlfriend Kristiina :) ) - Golden in colour. Lightly hoppy aroma with a faint hint of grapefruit. Fresh and hoppy taste with grapefruit and a hint of lemon with a fairly bitter aftertaste. Nothing particularly outstanding about this but it’s very enjoyable all the same.

Sep 28, 2008 Golden haze color with fizzy white disappearing head leaving a thin icing on the inside of the glass. Quite sweet fruity and floral aroma with hints of swiss cheese. Fresh hoppy flowery flavor with dominating hints of grapefruit. Dry bitter finish.

Sep 21, 2008 Pours a semi cloudy straw golden with a medium off white head. Aroma is medium sweet, herbal, light grapefruit, some lemon and bread. Flavor is grapefruit, lemon and light bread. Fairly bitter. Light to medium body, crisp texture. Very well hopped for a blond ale.
