Magic_dave6 (4012), London, Greater London, England Apr 26, 2008 Bottle huge thanks to a random sweed! Aroma is wow, bursting with hops, citrus, yellow grapefruit, lemon, grassy hay character. Taste is also an attack on the tougne with hops, very bitter and citrusy, but in the scandinavian way(new zeland hops?) rather than the american way. Soo fresh and appealing, georgous stuff and i wish i could get this all the time. One faly from making it in my top 50 beers of all time, it seems slightly over carbonated. pilsnerrogge (1609), Finspång, Sweden Apr 25, 2008 Bottle: Pours orange/amber with a slight haze. Head is thick and rocky. Aroma is citrus-y and resinous hops. Flavour is dried apricots and zesty, grape-fruity, resinous hops. Long bitterness. A very quaffable session beer. omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Mar 13, 2008 Updated: Apr 25, 2008Bottled. Clear golden, average head. Perfumy flowery hoppy nose. Dry, crisp and slim, yet fruity. Freshly hoppy and rather soft with light body. Long bitter finish. Very refreshing, well balanced beer. Oppigårds beers are continously improving! Furseth (1166), Kungälv, Sweden Mar 4, 2008 Bottle: clear golden/red colour, with a nice white head. Aroma of lots of hops and a nice mix of citrus and fruits.Dry sweet hopy nose. Flavor is almost the same here, but has a nice DRY hopy mouth feeling who is dominated weerry long Nice! Sweet bitter ending. This is a werry nice done beer in this alc-class.
Werry nice. complements to the brewer here! Ole_R (1304), Oslo, Norway Mar 15, 2008 500 ml bottle. A clear, golden brown colored beer, topped with a low, greyish head. Lovely floral and citric hop aroma. Moderately sweet and light malty taste with a distinct bitterness from refined hops; pine, resin and grapefruit detected. Good body considering the relatively low alcohol strength. Dry, almost astringent mouthfeel.
Lingering bitter finish. Very nice, the perfect session beer for me.
