COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Copper to golden colour, thick, white head. The aroma is extremely intensive. It’s brutal! It just kicks your receptors in your nose. It’s flowery, citrus-like and also bubblegum-like. The taste is bitter. It’s also spicy, resiny and grapefruit-like. But it’s well balanced with malty sweetness. The texture is soft, the carbonation is also excellent. My new favorite!

(Draught as 7th Anniversary Ale) Pours golden to copper coloured. The aroma is extremely fruity with tones of frozen strawberries, wild strawberries, pineapples, peaches, lychee and tangerines. Bit sweetish with notes of cookies and caramel. The flavour is light to medium sweet, medium bitter and tiny acidic from the hops. Tropical and citric with a nice malt profile in the background. The mouthfeel is clean, round and light sticky with a lively carbonation. Fruity and citric bitter finish. Medium bodied.

330 ml bottle. Copper coloured. Crystal clear. Small off-white head. Musty grassy amarillo hop aroma. Fairly low carbonation level. Nice soft texture. Polished. Not that bitter, but there is quite a bit of hops without going overboard. Decent pale ale, especially if Amarillo is your kind of hop.

1/21/12. On tap. Almost clear dark golden pour, almost orange, with a small khaki head. Dank, leafy, cat pee aroma with bits of caramel and pale malts. Laid back flavor of sweet caramel malts, a bit of roast, and lingering light citrusy hops. Not bad.
