In short: A textbook example of a caramelized fruity resinous IPA. Good beer
How: Bottle 330ml. Consumed fresh a few days after purchase from a Swedish Systembolaget
The look: Clear deep golden body topped by a medium beige head
In long: The medium intensity hoppy nose is fruity hops (mangos, grapefruits, lemon zest, apricots) with hops resin. Taste has a typical but always pleasant toasted caramelized malts, very clean body, not too much caramel, fresh baguette bready sensation. And of course a generous amount of fresh fruity hops (mangos, grapefruits, lemon zest, apricots) with medium resinous character and also some green pine-needles. Bitterness level is pretty high and it is a bit sticky/resinous, tasty but not super-refreshing. This is once again a Swedish textbook example of the style, and that’s how I’ll remember my pub crawling and bottle shopping in Sweden, lots of expertly brewed quality clean beers, textbook examples that do not “try anything”. Very good beer even though I’ve probably had 50 very similar ones before. Another good beer from Oppigårds, one of the most popular micro in Swedish, a country where 4 out of 5 people make up of vast majority of the population.

This one of May favorite "standard" beers that I buy often. Nice foamy top, clear amber color, nice hoppy fresh aroma. Tate is fresh and balanced... Perfect for relaxing in the sun after moving the lawn

Quite standing off white head, deep golden to amber about clear body. Dots in the mug. Aroma; solid pine forest, sappy resiny malts, Taste; hops, resin, pine, resiny syrup, juicy bitter malts, faint citric notes, bittersyrup. On palate somewhat strong. Finishes into the resin department, with bitter hops in a juicy way. [33cl brown btl 5.9%abv BB.A.oct.2014]

Bottle: Thanks Hackobock: Served in a Chouffe glass: Creamy white head on top of an almost clear orange colored beer. Aromas of hops, citrus, pine apple, some soap, some sweet malts.. Nice. Flavours of hops, citrus, some exotic fruits, some resin, light sweet, bitter, light herbal, light grassy... Good hop fruits and a nice bitterness. Aftertaste is a mix of hops, grass, fruit, bitters, light dry. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, a bit more than just medium bodied and a light dry fruity light creamy texture. Good beer!

Bottle @ Barely Legal Tasting Room . Pours rather clear blonde , ok , instantly fading white head . Smell is unintense . Hint of amarillo, more cause I know, than cause I can smell it . Taste is unexpected intense . Bitterness up front, typical amarillo is more in the back . Very intense, yet super-smooth , easy drinkable, very silky mouthfeel . Carbonation is perfect . Very nice finish, pure amarillo-aromaticness . Good one !

Bottle from Swedish SB. Pours dark amber with a nice foamy head. Aroma is flowery with clear citrus notes. Taste is hoppy with delicate notes of citrus, backed up by a well balanced malt body. One of the best swedish APA’s!

Bottle 33cl. Amber/golden with a white head. Fruity hoppy aroma with some pinetree nuances. Nice rich taste with the sweetness from the malt and a balanced bitterness from the hop. Light IPA style, a good drinkable one.
