Bottle 33cl. A clear light Brown colour with a medium high beige head. An aroma of roasted malt, nuts, coffee and fruit. The taste is medium sweet and medium bitter.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours hazel brown colored with a big head that settles to nice firm layer on top of the beer. Tye aroma is plentiful and lovely. Fruit, nuts, tobacco, pines. The taste is smooth, caramell perfectly balanced with piney hops, silky texture. Long piney aftertaste pulls down the rating a tad. Medium mouthfeel. A very very good example of this great beer type.

Bottle. Brown colour. Hoppy, fruity, roasted, nuts, citrus. Nice, but would have liked the bitterness a bit more balanced maybe.

Fin och mörk färg. Tydlig askfatssmak, något tunn. Den skulle vara mer intressant med en något komplexare smak. Nu är den liksom något som passerar, inte illa, men inget som fastnar i minnet.

Another surprisingly good brew from Oppigårds! Pours a beuatiful light brown color with small creme head. Fresh fruity hops, caramel and roasted malts in armoa. Taste is heavy on the bitter side - lots of american hops and roasted caramel in the background. Actually more of a BIPA than a Brown Ale. A bit unbalanced due to the high bitterness / "low" ABV, would have been outstanding if sweetness was higher and thicker palate. Now it’s just excellent :)

Aroma of american hops and a small amount of malt in the background. Taste is hoppy and malty. Great balance!

Bottled. Pours brown with a big brown head. Smells nutty, bread malty. Tastes roasted malt, bread, abit sweet with a clear bitter finish.

Nice clear brown with a off white head. Aroma: nice bisquity, caramel, sweet, bready, slight hop note. Taste: bitter with some coffeee, sweet malts, grapefruit at the back, bisquit. Pretty nice brown ale!

Bottle from Systembolaget. Dark red/brown with a small off-white head. Aroma has light roast, mild coffee, chestnuts, some citrus. Taste is roasty sweetness, some citrusy notes, light medium bitterness. Dry finish with some roasted bitterness.
