0.5 l bottle from Alko. Dark reddish amber color. Sweetish, caramelly and toffeish aroma with lemony and grassy hops. The flavor is caramelly, biscuity, fruity and hoppy with lemony hops and bitter finish. Rounded palate. Tasty beer although a bit too caramelly for my taste.

Frovigalning (2024) - Örebro, SWEDEN - APR 12, 2009
UPDATED: MAR 16, 2012 Bottle (50 cl). Appearance: 3/5 Clear amber liquid with a dirty white head that left chunks of foam on the side of the glass. Smell: 6/10 Fruity, caramel, malt, citrus, some oranges and a hint of metal. Taste: 6/10 Caramel, malt and some fruits. Mild, fruity and fairly easy to drink,. This beer worked well with the salty and fat Easter food last year and I got a feeling it will be just as good this year as well. Re-rated during 2012: This version is allot better then previous versions.

Touch of toffee on the aroma but mainly somewhat citrusy hops. Mild and balanced in the mouth with touch roasty and caramely malts complimented by the citrusy hops. Pleasant and satisfying.
