3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A shy bitterness balanced with just enough sugar. Restrained aroma. It doesn’t go all the way.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
330 ml bottle. Orangey golden colour with a really nice looking haze. Unfortunately the white head is really small and the opposite of creamy. Nutty sweet vanilla aroma. Quite subdued. Crisp bitterness at first. Flavour is very deliciously grainy. Floor malted maris otter comes into mind. Delicious soft maltiness. Very little hop aroma, but a nice distinct, gentle hop bitterness that lingers in the finish. Could have used a little more carbonation. That might have helped the head too.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Good looks. Grapefruity hops in aroma. Lots of malty grains to back up. Well balanced. Like to see this unpasteurized and unfiltered.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle:Deep yelow colour with a big creamy head.
Aroma of fruity, hopy toffe and abit of caramel in the end.
Flavor is hopy, fruity and a bit of a sparkling feeling on the tung. Dry medium bitterness in the finish. Medium body. Is this a golden Ale or it is a UK kind of IPA?
