Bottle 500ml.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate hoppy, grass, light pine - grapefruit. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111127]

500ml bottle. Pours a deep straw, with a white head. Clean, malty aromas, citrus, quite evident notes of noble hops, traces of diacetyl, honey and saffron. Dry, medium, body, very high bitterness, balanced CO2. The taste is also predominantly malty, some citrus, quite hoppy, hints of butter and honey. The finish, however, is mercilessly bitter, and the bitterness lingers on relentlessly long afterwards. Not the best offering to date from this brewer. (2011-11-27)

Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body and a small, off-white head. Rather citrusy, grapefruity aroma with some maltyness. Quite pleasant, but maybe a bit one tracked, and not very oktoberfesti-ish. It’s full-bodied and dry, with a pleasant carbonation. Grapefruit dominates the flavor, which is also quite bitter. Not much maltyness, except for the sweetness needed to bring balance. Lasting bitter and grapefruity finish. 111127

Bottle, bought @ Systembolaget, Hyltebruk. [thanks, Lone]
Clear golden with a small, frothy, white head. Fair duration. Malty sweet aroma, some brewing cereal, caramel, grass and hay. Mild pine. Medium carbonation, fine dry and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is mild sweet, some sugary notes, light caramel, a soft soughy note. Good, grassy, floral bitterness with quite a bitter finish and a touch of plant sap. Nice, fresh and drinkable.

0.5 l bottle, thanks hanniku! Deep golden color. Sweet fairly malty aroma with honey, hay and bread crust. Malty, honeyish and bready flavor, surprisingly bitter with fair amount of herbal hops also. Good firm maltiness, hop character could be a bit softer.

500 ml bottle provided by friend and consumed on November 12. Pours golden with a small white head that quickly dissipates while leaving some trace on the glass. Smell is sweet, malty, slightly fruity and a little stale. Taste is quite dry and bitter. Mouthfeel is rather watery and thin. Finish is dry with some sourdough bread.
