| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 14, 2009 Updated: Apr 16, 2009(Draught) Pours clear medium dark amber with a creamy, medium sized off-white head. The foam holds some fantastic piney and floral hop oil aromas. When the head is gone resin, gooseberries and orange citrus become present. The malt brings light sticky caramel to support the hops. Fruity undertones alongside some cow parsley and toffee. The flavour has a fresher malt profile than the aroma suggests. Hops bring tones of citrus, resin and flowers. Light to medium sweet and medium bitter. The mouthfeel is fresh, clean and crisp. Light fruity and light bready finish. Medium bodied. A fantastic Pale Ale! fiulijn (7520), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy
