Also some notes of fresh wood as well as a fruity hint of pineapple and apple. The malt profile is nice and tight with notes of bread and straw. A whisper of dough. Typical clean Oppigård nose. The flavour is light sweet and near medium bitter. Citric/orange and woodsy hops alongside a tight and dry maltiness. The mouthfeel is clean with a medium sharp carbonation. Dry, citrus acid finish.
