COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle from bierzwerg.de. Hazy golden color with minimal white head. Floral hops, orange zest in aroma. Taste, malt, oranges, floral hops, orange zest. Long fruity, hoppy finish. Tasty.

The hop being......? Bottle from Gothenburg courtesy of Matt. Brilliant gold with a loose, slender white foam. Perfume, lemon and lime jelly, wine gums, green herb, biscuit aroma straight from Flanders. Soapy, floral and tanging with a deeply attractive interplay of wine gummy hop, marmalade on white buttered toast, underpinning husk and biscuit. Quietly delicious.

Not so strong hop aroma. More bitterness and less hop flavour than expected. Only pale ale and wheat malt. Probably quite good as a summer ale a varm day.

Clear slightly dark yellow with white foam head, lacing to glass. Aroma is nice hoppy, with some sweet caramel tones. Taste is bittersweet, more bitter. So is aftertaste, although some sweet caramel is there too. (Göthenborg 201208)

UPDATED: SEP 29, 2012 Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours pale yellow/golden with a small white head. Aroma has some floral/citrus hops, and malt. Taste is surprisingly hoppy and a bit malty. Also some herb notes. Refreshing and easy to drink. Light-medium body, average carbonation. Bitter finish that fades away quite fast. A good beer for a light meal or dinner. Nothing surprising but neither anything bad to say.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Fruity hoppy aroma with notes of citrus and a slightly herbal touch. Moderately bitter flavour, light bodied with an almost crisp carbonation. Soft and dry malty base, again with present fruity and herbal hops; dry and bitter finish with a delicate malty sweetness. Refreshing blond Ale, but not very American. 14.VII.12

Bottle. Golden, average and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty and lightly sweetish aroma, some caramel and light fruitiness, light grassy - herbal hoppyness. Body is medium, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, light caramel and faint fruitiness, herbal hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and dryish, sharp herbal hoppyness. Dryish and herbal APA - in the finish hoppyness gets bit sharp and soapy.

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly herbal and grassy hop aroma. Taste has grassy and slightly floral hop notes, almost a bit spicy, decent malt basis. Has more parallels to a Bitter than an APA for me.
