COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Draft. A dark golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and straw, as well as lighter notes of sulphur. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes fo grassy hops. A bit boring.

330ml bottle, thanks to CinnamonGirl for this gift. Loose, white head over a hazy, golden body. Mild, perfumed hoppy aroma mixed with wheat and fresh fruits. Sappy fruity hops in flavour with notes of fresh figs. Dry, rather short-lived, smooth bitter end. Clean tasting. Likeable, without being great (Tromsø, 23.09.2009).

Aroma was very light with a bit of hops. Taste is crisp bitterness which is a bit too short. Pleasant and fairly well balanced. This is a decent offering.

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly herbal and grassy hop aroma. Taste has grassy and slightly floral hop notes, almost a bit spicy, decent malt basis. Has more parallels to a Bitter than an APA for me.

Garlic_of_Doom (210) - SWEDEN - AUG 14, 2012
UPDATED: SEP 29, 2012 Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours pale yellow/golden with a small white head. Aroma has some floral/citrus hops, and malt. Taste is surprisingly hoppy and a bit malty. Also some herb notes. Refreshing and easy to drink. Light-medium body, average carbonation. Bitter finish that fades away quite fast. A good beer for a light meal or dinner. Nothing surprising but neither anything bad to say.

Bottle, Best Before 07-2013
I opened the bottle directly from the fridge, so the temp was around 4°C. I’d guessed it was a good lager. Subdued aromas of bread, yeast, grass and hops. Clean and fresh. Taste is likewise, with a hint of green unripe fruits. But overall just clean and fresh, with a bitter bready aftertaste. Before I noticed, the bottle was empty.
