Commercial Description:

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of hops, brew mash, malt, caramel, and dust. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hop juice - making it almost chewy, earth, hay, and some citrus. The finish is bitter with notes of hops and hay lingering. Not my favorit hop mixture. Thanks fiulijn for this treat.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of joergen. Clear, amber golden with a creamy white head leaving some laces. Fresh and citrusy aroma hops in the nose. Medium body with lightly sweet malts and a whiff of caramel and a distinctly bitter finish. We are close to IPA territory here. Again a lovely beer from Oppigård. 140308

50 cL bottle. Pours almost clear orange with a lacing white head. Citrus fruity aroma, light soapy and mild malt note. Flavour is quite floral and towards fruity. Subdued malt base and rather dry flavour. Rising bitterness swept in citrus fruity flavours into the finish. Nice.

Bottled. Clear golden, average head. Perfumy flowery hoppy nose. Dry, crisp and slim, yet fruity. Freshly hoppy and rather soft with light body. Long bitter finish. Very refreshing, well balanced beer. Oppigårds beers are continously improving!

Bottle, 4.6%. Good caramelly and grassy hop aroma. Clear golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is quite hoppy, has a little caramel, but not as much as the aroma. And nowhere near as grassy. There is a rough bitterness instead which is OK, but not as good or interesting as the aroma.
