Pours a semi-clear apricot with a low white head. Aroma is peach, apricot, resin, honey, kiwi, lychee. Taste is honey, peach, apricot, kiwi, lychee, resin. Very fruity and very well balanced. Quite good and very far from what Oppigårds usually does, which is a good thing!

Riktigt fin fruktig aroma, kanske lite apelsin. Tydlig beska i smaken, lite spritig men inte alls farligt.

Deep amber color with a small head. Some grapes and piney in the aroma. Medium bodied, resiny with a sweet undertone. Very much a trademark double ipa. Nice.

Bottled:
Pours amber with a slight haze. Thick head. Aroma of sweaty hops, ripe tropical fruit, biscuits, vanilla and wood. Very hoppy taste of resin, pine, wood and tropical fruit. Long bitterness. Delicous!

Pours a hazy amber. Balanced aroma, maybe a little weak on the hops for a DIPA. This carries over in the taste, which starts with nice malts and carries into a very pronounced bitter aftertaste. I would prefer stronger floral/fruit tones in such a well-hopped beer.

Moebbels (243) - FINLAND - JAN 18, 2014
The body is quite hazy with a dark orange color. The head quickly settles down to an uneven layer and leaves a little lacing on the glass. Nose is dominated by citrus fruits, mainly grapefruit accompanied by some pine resin and spruce. Taste is sweet at first but is promptly beaten by a hoppy bitterness that stays on the palate. After a while the bitter finish becomes stronger. Carbonation is quite soft and the palate is average. This is quite nice, the bitterness is smooth and alcohol is well hidden.
