Draft@ The Rover! Black colour, with a nice brown head. Aroma was dominated of caramelly, fruits,vanilla,, coffee, Dark Choclate,Wet Jeans(?),Brown sugar. Flavor is almost the same here, coffee, vanilla, smouth dark choclate dominates the mouth feelings, Nice medium to full body, and a medium to long fruity/choclate finish. Well Done!!

Bottle @ SMÖF 2012. Very dark brown with a small brown head. Fruity and malty tones. Malt, fruit, roasted and chocolate. Full body with a nice bitter sweet after taste.

Sample at SBWF 2012. Sweet smell with dried fruit, caramel and chocolate. Similar taste with a light smoky finnish. High residual sweetness. Nice to sip at.

Tap at 3 Små Rum. Pours black with a great creamy lasting brown head leaving laces. Aroma is rich roasted malty coffee chocolate fruity soy bready and slightly acidy. Flavor is velvety and creamy yet very drinkable, sweet and slightly acidy, good steady body with lots of roasted malts dark chocolate snd coffee, nice fruityness and good bitter bite lasting long. A really nice brew, definately not my last of this one.

Aroma: Smelling of grain, dates, coffee, Marzipan and vanilla.
Appearance: A black brownish beer. An brown head with small lacing and good curtains.
Taste: Tasting sweet dark fruits, Marzipan, coffee and chocolate.
Palate: Low carbonation, a soft texture. A big body with a slightly dry finish.
Overall: A fruity complex beer. Might need some maturity.

Bottle. Opaque black liquid with small tan head. Aroma of dark fruit, licorice, candy, toffee, chocolate and British yeast esters. Taste is light sweet and light to medium bitter with notes of banana, toffee and chocolate. Medium to full bodied with low to medium carbonation. Nice, very fruity for an Impy.

Draught (Stockholm Beer Festival 2012) - Dark brown, almost black in colour. Chocolate, coffee and roasted malt in the aroma. Roasted and chocolatey taste with notes of liquorice, coffee and plain chocolate.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 29 Sep 2012) Black colour with brief, pale brown head. Malty, roasted nose with chocolate, coffee and cacao. Malty, roasted taste with notes of chocolate, coffee, cacao, vanilla and a generous chocolatey bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, smooth and rounded mouthfeel, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced and tasty. Very nice.

Cask at Bishops Arms Gustav. Pitch black coloured with a small beige head. Sweet and roasted aroma of licorice and smoke with burnt notes. Sweet and roasted flavour of caramel and licorice with notes of fruits. Roasted finish.
