Pour producing a white head that stayed down the glass. The bittering hops were Columbus(Tomahawk), the finishing hops were Cascade and citra giving 52EBU.

It’s a very particular american pale ale...really tasty! The one you wanna find when you’re searching the citrus flavor of cascadian hop and other american hops!!

UPDATED: APR 2, 2013 Una American IPA dal carattere a dir poco accattivante... quando si dice vero malto e vero luppolo...... Niente da invidiare al resto delle American IPA in circolazione... anzi !!!
