COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
When you make a pot of coffee, but only use half the water, you get some pretty rich coffee. That’s the approach we took with our latest offering. OBP Squared, with half the water, has 11% alcohol by volume - twice that of original OBP.
The result is a bold, distinct taste of its own. Made with twice as much real orange blossom honey, all-natural ingredients and no refined sugar, it really is the new king bee of beers.

12 oz. bottle. Dark copper with a small, tan, creamy head. Smells like orange marmalade, honey, and caramel. This beer is cloyingly sweet. Heavy body, very thick and sticky. Overall, this is pleasantly flavorful beer, but it is overly sweet and sticky. There are worse things in a beer, though.

Clear deep golden orange pour with a thin ring of white head and a little fizzy ..... aroma of honey, orange and caramel malts ..... taste is malty with a little warming booze, but it doesn’t have that boozy dry flavor ... honey, caramel malts, and some orange ..... mouthfeel is thick, flat and syrupy ... finishes very dry ..... interesting brew

Sweet taste of honey! Sticky, bready, malty, I wonder if they used honey malt?

12 oz bottle...Clear orangey liquid with little to no head. Big caramel and orange flavors and reminiscent of a mead or barley wine. Quite cloying on the finish, but good none-the-less.

Sweet malty aromas. Nice! Big caramel and orange flavors. Now this is a pilsner I can get behind. Overall the best pilsner I have ever had.

Jesus Christ. This is squarely in dessert-beer territory, if not beyond (and not in a good way). Huge and sugary with slightly floral orange notes. The only thing that sets this apart from bottom-shelf artificially-flavored malt beverages is that the sweetness and the fruit are well-balanced and taste perfectly natural. I’ll give Thomas Creek props for that, because brewing something like this without making it taste like a Freeze-Pop or a Capri Sun can be tough. Certainly not a "drain pour", but I had to put it back in the fridge for later in the evening - was definitely not ready for it.

With a flowery sweet aroma and a great light brown and a perfect fomy head. The nice simple flavor lingers and leaves you coming back for more. Great beer!

Sweet, floral honey aroma, as expected - vanilla notes. Bad label, dark orange beer, not much head. Sticky, harsh, malt liquor flavors, tangy, fairly dry, all things considered. Slippery mouthfeel, though well carbonated. A burning swig to it. Unfortunately, this reminded me of former Soviet bloc strong lagers. ABC, Bull Run.

Pretty sweet and syrupy on the tongue, with very little of the alcohol you’d expect at 11%. Still a little sugary for me, but an improvement over the regular OBP for sure.
