Yellow with a low head. Hay, grass, metal and caramel in the aroma - weak notes though. The flavours are sweet and hay-like with a dry metallic ending.

Bottle. High creamy and lasting white head. Beautiful clear amber body. Mild and relatively sweet malty aroma with a bit of caramel. Creamy caramel malt flavor but very weak seet and without any hops bitterness. Low carbonation, short aftertaste. I do not quite understand that this beer has been placed under "Classic German Pilsener".

Bottle, bought @ Voldby Købmandsgård.
Pours darkish golden with a fine, large, frothy, off-white head. Aroma has a touch of caramel, brewing cereal sweetness. Medium carbonation, a bit watery and frothy mouthfeel. Flavour is quite metallic, very sweet, no real hops to speak of. Not really very good...

Batch with exp date 030509 tasted Dec 3rd 2008. Medium head. Metallic aroma, caramell and some floral tones. Unbalanced in direction of malt and sweetness from the malt. Lacking freshness. OK bitterness, acceptable length. This is not a pilsner style, and shouldn’t be judged as that. Let’s forget about the category; this is not a beer to recommend.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden with a small white head. Sweetish, malty aroma. Notes of bread. Same goes for the flavour. Not a lot to say really; not bad, not especially good. Meh. 22-05-08.
