Bottle. Pours hazy yellow/amber with medium white head. Aroma is sour apples, sour dough, citrus spruce, juniper, wet paint - light synthetic. Taste is medium to heavy bitter and medium sour. Body is oily with good carbonation. Finish is long and bitter with notes of nuts, bitter grapefruit, lime and milk. In a blind tasting I would have said that this is an IPA rather than a Christmas beer.

Pours a hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma is malt and hops with citrus and too much green material. The flavor follows the nose with additional grapefruit. The palate is bitterness. Overall a good beer.

030112: Hazy orange color. High foams beer with a slightly spicy scent of orange. soft slightly sweet malty flavor. actually a nice Christmas beer especially if you do not fancy spices in Christmas beers.

Dark reddish brown colour with small off-white head.
Aroma is very xmassy, I can almost smell Santa stuck in the chimney. Xmas spices, sweet malt and lots of caramel sweetness. Flavour is pretty much the same. Lots of xmas, some sweet malt and lots of caramel. Slightly thin.
