En masse hyldeblomst, meget luftig øl. Ufiltreret for alle pengene, ser meget plumret ud. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Copenhagen 1/3 2016. 50 cl bottle from Fakta. Drawing of elderberry flowers on the label. So you know you are in for a flowery experience. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Disappears fairly fast leaving only minuscule patches of foam. Looks a bit like urine. Aroma is quite fruity and lemonade-like. Citrus elderberry - quite sweet sour. Medium carbonation and watery palate. Flavor is of sweet elderberry and a little peach. Aftertaste is more sour with citrus. Light bitterness. Quite refreshing - and a appropriate beer to drink on the first day of spring (according to the calendar). But almost to lemonade-ish to be considered to be a beer.

Bottle from Fotex, Copenhagen - pours gold with a white head. Aroma and taste is floral and herbal hoppy, some prominent notes of elderflower, wheat, grassy, herbal and light spices into the finish.

Farven er strågul med en hvid skumkrone. Aromaen og smagen er korn, hyldeblomst, citrus og en smule humle.

This is a refreshing ale with a nice touch of elderflowers and lemon juice. Perfect thirst quencher.

A light and fresh summer beer at its best. Highly refined flavor of elderflower and all the other good things that belong to summer. A soft drink for adults.

bartlebier (3249) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - SEP 18, 2015
75cl bottle, Bb: N/A. (European Beer Star Gold 2008 - Organic beer.) - Soggy wheaty pour, ditto in the nose, dusty grain fields and quite milky as well: actual skimmed milk in taste, more than a lacto tartness, joins the understated elderflower, adding a herbal bitterness to the milkshake citrus. Missing quite a bit of sparkle and zippy zest here, but still very drinkable.

Bottle, 50 cl. Hazy pale yellow with a short white head. Malty and hoppy aroma with a bit of citrus. I do not smell any elderflower. Medium dry taste with light bitterness and acidity. Now the elderflower asserts itself. Unfortunately, the taste is a bit watery. Light body with average carbonation. Dry finish. This would probably be a lot better on sunny day in spring than an early fall evening, but that likely goes for a lot of things. It has been quite a while since the last time I tried this beer, but this will probably be the last. It is just mediocre.
