En masse hyldeblomst, meget luftig øl. Ufiltreret for alle pengene, ser meget plumret ud. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy bright yellow color with a bit of white foam. Aroma is sweet and malty, estery but I don’t get the elderflower. Taste is also malty sweet, some floral notes, slight wheat character but again, no elderflower. Overall it’s a mediocre witbier, nothing more to say.

On tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen. Pours hazy light golden with thick white head. Aroma of flowers, honey, coffee, liquorice, light bread. Taste very sweet with a little sourness.

Very refreshing beer. Floral nose and grassy and bready. Pour is very spritely, Lots of little streams of very fast bubbles, and a light hazy gold. Taste is light ale, with a distinctive floral note from elder flowers. But this isn't sweet. Taste is almost like a Witbier, just nothing is really hammering home the taste so it's lacking in depth. Still a lovely summer beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml bottle pours a hazy blonde color with a finger of white head that retains well and leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is floral with some grass and grains and hints of citrus. Taste is a light citrus and grassy hop bitterness with a light fruity and malty sweetness. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, a decent brew that suits the style well. Slightly recommended.

Pale golden beer with a light flowery aroma. Palate is a bit watery. Will not have a lasting impression

Copenhagen 1/3 2016. 50 cl bottle from Fakta. Drawing of elderberry flowers on the label. So you know you are in for a flowery experience. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Disappears fairly fast leaving only minuscule patches of foam. Looks a bit like urine. Aroma is quite fruity and lemonade-like. Citrus elderberry - quite sweet sour. Medium carbonation and watery palate. Flavor is of sweet elderberry and a little peach. Aftertaste is more sour with citrus. Light bitterness. Quite refreshing - and a appropriate beer to drink on the first day of spring (according to the calendar). But almost to lemonade-ish to be considered to be a beer.
