Bottled: Dark orange coloured. Unclear. Not much head. Light spiced and fruity in the aroma. Almost too much. Cloves in the flavour. Sweet. Light watery. Not much going on in the aftertaste.

Draught
Cloudy blond color. Very nice aroma, spicy, fruity (sweet oranges, banana). Quite sweet; of course with the typical spicy character but not enough, a bit fruity. Too watery palate.

omhper (19644) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAY 12, 2003
Sampled draught at the Danish Beer Festival.
Muddy mustard yellow. Estery aroma of banana and cloves. Fruity and mellow, soft, simple and charming with just a hint of cloves.

Nice "light" german wheat from Fyn. Cloudy classic appearance. Average wheat beer. But very drinkable.

Light colour with fastly dissapearing head. Weak wheat aroma. Very thin and slightly sour flavour.

Ungstrup (29474) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - DEC 22, 2002
A cloudy yellow beer with a fast disappearing head. It doesn’t have much aroma - only a slight fruitiness. The flavor is dominated by malted wheat, nice balance between sweetness and bitterness. An average wheat beer - nothing special.

Sour aroma and taste. Only a bit of koriander and something sweetly tasting.

LoveCaissa (873) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - DEC 11, 2002
Extremely cloudy orange-like colour with a quickly dissipating head. Very nice and fruity aroma with bananas and oranges. The flavour is actually (somewhat) sweet and refreshing at the same time. Nice, lightly hop bitter finish. IMHO this is the best Danish weissbier available on bottle (maybe Brøckhouse will top it?).
