Bottle. Aroma of apples and elderflower. Golden yellow colour. No head. Sweet and just slightly dry flavour of apples, wood and just added elderflowers.

Bottle 750ml.

Clear medium yellow color, sparkling with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, flowers - elderflower, moderate old apple, wood. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, apple and elderflower. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100503]

Bottled. Golden colour with small white head. Aroma is apples, some slight tart fruity notes as well as some slight wooden notes. Flavour is sweetish mild apple along with wood and some mild floral notes.

It’s warm golden with a white, creamy head. The aroma has notes of elderflower and very light apple. The flavor is sweet with a light apple sourness and notes of elderflower and the finish is dry. The mouthfeel is a bit fizzy and the elderflower is a bit overwhelming.

Bottle. Pours deep reddish golden coloured with a small lasting egg white head. Aromas of berries, alcohol, apples, soap and flowers. Weak scent of elderflowers in the nose. Flavours of strawberry, citrus fruit and some bitterness in the finish. Weak and pretty plain cider.

Bottle at Bornholm. Clear yellow - whit head. Elderflowers, apples, flowery, herbal, sweetness, fruity, citrus, light light acid. Plain - but ok.

Pours deep copper golden with a fizzy, white head. Disappears rather quickly. Aroma is fresh, lots of elderflowers, good, sweet apples. High, frothy carbonation, fair mouthfeel. Flavour is rather sweet, lots of apples and a fine, flowery bitterness. No real tartness, but still relatively fresh and drinkable.

75cl corked bottle. clear golden, large white head that very quickly disappears. spicy white winy, slightly sweet, aroma after some time gets quite dry. flavor is sweet and dry, some bitterness, alc. this cider have some good things to it, but still comes off as a bit too apple juice’ish.. Way better than most danish macro "ciders" thought, you can sense the fermentation.

Bottled. A golden cider with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of apples, and so is the flavor - I do not really pick up any elderflowers.

Clear golden colour with medium white head sweet flowery aroma with refreshing note of lime and apple mild with thin body.
