Brown with yellow diminishing head. Breadlike and a bit ryeish. Quite spicy (all spice, clover and orange peel). Sweet sour finish. Has a liquirish hint like many other of Ørbæks darker beers.

Bottle. Pours clear brown with a brownish head. Both aroma and flavour are sweetish with notes of cloves and orange peels – I find it kinda cloying Flavour also has notes of caramel and a fruity, sourish finish. Could do with more body. 18-01-06.

Bottled: Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. Sweet, fruity and light spiced aroma. Notes of berries. The berries is present in the flavour as well. Some yeast and sweetness and spices are there. Is medium bodied. Is sweet and light bitter in the end. Decent brew from Ørbæk.

En extremely sweet Christams beer - that probably lies between regular bitter beer and a classic Danish "nisseøl". Has a sweetness from orange and cinnamon primarily.

UPDATED: MAR 17, 2006 Red amber with a medium lasting head. Aroma is a mix of fruit and malt. Thin and sweet flavour with hardly any bitterness..

Cinnamom aroma, muddy amber color, with okay head. Boy! it’s sweet (cinnamon/orange). I think it wold be great with cake....

bottle. Mix of spices in both aroma and flavour. cinnamon flavor and Aroma. I don’t like this flavor. If you like cinnamon it may be good.

Weird beer. Brownish colour with a minor semi brown head. Taste of orange and caramel, cinnamon and allspice. Too spice, too watery, too experimental.

Bottle. Fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Very good aroma of cinamon and caramel. Nice flavor of cinnamon aswell. OK palale.

Murky brown colour with a dense beige head. Malty aroma with a lots of orange and cinnamon. Sweet and spicy flavor with more cinnamon. Sweet, light dry finish
