COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

(75 cl bottle from Nyborg Slotsbutik, May 2012) Pours dark brown with medium, tan head. Good retention and lace. Aroma is spicy with some acidic notes. Softly carbonated, watery texture, medium body with a spicy finish. Taste is somewhat malty sweet followed by a dryness. To me the spice is too dominant.
