750 ml corked & caged bottle, bought in Denmark. ABV is 7.5%. Deep brownish red colour, moderate off-white to beige head. Weird aroma of herbs, malts and over-ripe berries, hints of spices. Sweet and malty flavour, notes of caramel, herbs, spices and over-ripe berries again, better than the aroma. Unusual and kind of interesting.

15.02.2014. 0,75l Bottle. RBNG-14. Dark brown colour with off-white head. Aroma of dark malts. Flavours of dark malts. Notes of sweetness and caramel malts. Medium bitterness. Strong body and it is kind of rich because of both sweetness and alcohol.

Bottle sample @ RBNG-14. Deep coppery amber body, small off-white head. Nose is caramel, vanilla, brown sugar and hints of bread and wet paper. Taste is sweet grains, caramel, hints of red fruits, pine, cereals and burnt sugar. Medium body and carbonation. OK, and rather original, but not much more.

Sampled from a 0.75l bottle @ RBNG 2014. This is a light cloudy looking one, dark amber in color and it has a tiny sidesticking off-white filmy head. Smells sweet with sweet red berries, caramel malts, cowberries and some slightly tart wood. Tastes honey sweet at first. A bit like a mead you’d could say. More red berries located here, concentrated fruits and some roasted hints towards the finis. All in all quite decent. 15.02.2014

0.75 bottle. Very dark crimson color and a medium-sized, off-white head. Malty aroma with yeasty additions, mostly caramel sweet with a touch of apple-like sourness and hints of barnyard aromas. Very sweet taste of roasted malts and some bitterness in the background. Full body, thick texture, and soft carbonation. Finish is an amplified-to-a-fault version of the taste leaving an astringent aftertaste. Overall the beer is good but its pungent character takes a longer while to get used to.

Hazy nutty color with a off white head. Malty and some spices in the aroma. Ok body. Tad sweet and an ok bitterness. Average carbonation. Malty and mild spicy flavor. Ok tasty ale.

From a shared bottle at RBNG-14. Pours clear brown with a small head. Sweet, malty and caramelly with hints of spices. Way too sweet for my taste. Next please! (2014-02-15 - Grand Tasting, Fredriksten festning, Halden)
