Ørbæk Nutty is a well balanced nut-brown beer with a fine balance between the light and dark malt sorts. The aromatic hoppy aroma leaves a long and pleasant mouthfeel. Nut Brown ale has its origins in England and is mentioned as a beer style already in the 16th century.

The color is beautiful dark brown, while the foam is limited. It smells deliciously of hazelnuts mixed with hops and malt. I could smell it for hours without getting tired! The taste is initially most affected by hazelnuts, but later in the process felt too caramel like a pleasant taste of hops and malt caresses my taste buds. The finish is sufficiently bitter and lovely long-winded.

Pour dark amber, with a small white head. Aroma of old hops, slight caramel, slight nuts. Taste is sweet up front, with a rather unbalanced and bitter aftertaste. It tastes like there’s something a little off. Average body, with an average carbonation. ... Not my cop of tea, so to speak.
