Mild malty nose. Pale beige head. Dark copper color. Sweet malty and syrup taste. Some fruitiness and hints of licorice. Mild hops. Well balanced. Not too sweet. Hints of coffee at the end.

Flaska. Mörkbrun, med röda inslag. Stort smutsvitt skum. Karamell, torkad frukt och röda äpplen i doften. Smörkola och fruktighet dominerar smaken. Alkohelen tränger nästan igenom, nu anas den endast.

A spicy flavor with some sweetness and bitterness. Notes of caramel. Brown in color with a white head.

50 cl. bottle poured in to a snifter. Dark, amber colour with a thin, light tan head. Light roasted aroma with sweet, dark fruits, licorice, herbs, heavy caramel og roasted malts. Hints of perfume. Taste is sweet and herbal. Medium to full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Finishes sweet and herbal with dark fruits. Heavy malts. Good for an Ørbæk beer and a bock however, most bocks do not please me that much. This one is no exception.

Bottle from Brugsen, Hammel. Pours hazy amber with a light creamy head. Aroma is malty with notes af fruit. Taste is sweet malty with notes af caramel, coffee, licorice and fruits. Sweet finish.

Pours golden color with a small head. Aroma of fruits, spice notes and caramel malts. Flavor of fruits, yeast, spices and malts.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel with fruity notes. Sweet, malty flavour with a distinct touch of caramel. Roasty aftertaste. A nice Dunkler Bock.

0.5 bottle. Dark crimson color, delicately hazy, small off-white head, resembles a tea. Malty aroma; caramel and butterscotch, some flowery notes, sweet syrup. Really sweet taste; dried fruits, malts and syrupy sugar. Medium body, creamy texture and below average carbonation. Finish is rather short, but not extremely, less sweet than the rest and demonstrating some dough flavors. All in all it is an alright beer, nothing outstanding but doesn’t fall behind either.

Aroma is malty with nuts, some fruits, herbs and spices. Flavour has lots of bready malt, some berries, nuts and herbal notes. Decent.

Kaatuu lasiin tumman punaruskeana, vaahdon ollessa melko runsas, isokuplainen ja melko nopeasti katoava. Haju on käyneen hedelmäinen, pähkinäinen, limppuinen, maltainen, aniksinen, yrttinen ja mausteinen. Maku on limppuinen, maitoinen, käyneen hedelmäinen, hieman marjainen, maltainen ja hennon ruohoinen. Suutuntuma on keskitäyteläisen ja täyteläisen välillä katkeruuden iskiessä kielellä hieman jälkikäteen, kun hiilihappoisuus ei enää tunnu. Tämä oli itselleni positiivinen yllätys, joka on aina mukava uutinen. Hetken tästä löytyi jopa quadrupel-vivahdetta. Ekologisuudesta plussaa (joka ei kuitenkaan näy pisteissä, mutta maininnan arvoinen juttu).
