Bottle from Quality Save, Manchester. Golden coloured cider. Its strength is noticeable, but not too overbearing, with a mild apple flavour and aroma with some sweetness.

Bottled (backlog). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet apples, some mild vanilla and a bit of yeasty notes. Flavour is sweet and tart apples with some slight sugary and mild winelike notes. A bit thin, but otherwise ok.

Wow, phooooof, cow pat nose meets soft vanillin, balsa, toothpicks, pear drops. Pours a brilliant, deep, honey gold with light effervescence, actually almost still. Creamy, big and plump in feel. Quite sweet with lasting sugary sweet apple pulp. A lot of earthy, musty notes around to save it. Light salted cheese, tangy pear juice, long apple cordial flavour. Quite nice but on such a sweeter tip. Not quite my thing!! (50cL, BB 10/11/15, Luckies Liquor, East Vic. Park)

Bottle from Waitrose and drunk at home in front of the football. Clear gold no real head. Apple juice aroma and flavour. Medium sweet I’’d say. No great dryness or tannin or other interest, but perfectly drinkable and pleasant. Yes drinkable enough if fairly forgettable

Bottle. Light golden colour, sparkling & clear. Sweet aroma with quite a traditional cider nose. Light & refreshing with a slight scrumpy edge. Is however a little drying on the mouth but overall a nice cider.

500ml bottle. pours a clear yellow, lighter than the other orchard pig i had. aroma is less tart too. more like a toffee apple perhaps? good, slightly sweet taste. but one is enough. prefer it a little less sweet but still nice nonetheless.

Countbeer (5982) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - AUG 18, 2013
Bottle: Served in a clear plastic cup taster: A small ashy white lively sparkling foamy head/lacing that disappears right away and leaves a cloudy yellow colored cider in my glass. Aromas of dust, wild yeast, lambic ish tones, some sour apples, dusty cellar, some sour berries and dusty wood. Flavours of sour apples, cellar, dust, dry, grapes, some berries, some sour notes, wild yeast, light bitter, light spices and dry wood tones. Aftertaste is dry, some dusty sour apples and some light dusty cellar tones. Medium to fuller carbo, sparkling mouthfeel, medium to fuller body and a dry light watery texture. Very nice cider, I dig this one.
