Bottled, 500ml at a Wetherspoons. Pale gold with no head. Quite a dry, crisp, but thinnish cider, certainly a reasonable apple flavour but with a perfumed edge. It’s ok.

Bottled 06/09/14. A light golden cider which is almost sheer and has no head. Noticeably dryer than Charmer and even maybe with a bit of funk. Pretty good and the dryness leaves me wanting more. I like this.

Aroma: light alcohol, dry apple. Appearance: clear gold, small frothy white head. Taste: light bitter. Palate: light carbonation, some sweets come up, very intense apple, making room for dry bitters in the long finish. Overall: very nice dry Cider. Bottle from Waitrose, Bath.

500ml bottle from Bier Huis. Clear yellow golden colour, short-lived thin bubbly white head and aroma of tart apple, apple skins, woody, barnyard. Taste is fruity apple, apple skins, vanilla, bittersweet, nicely rounded with some light barnyard and tannin. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry sourish light tannic finish. Very drinkable cider.

50cl bottle from the Haymarket. Appearance - golden with steady bubbles and no head. Nose - dry tart apples. Taste - more of the same. Palate - medium bodied with a tight tangy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - very refreshing. A change to get a bone dry cider these days.

Appearance: Clear golden amber. Aroma: Apple, barnyard, bandaid, earthy, leaves, musky. Taste: Low/medium sweetness with medium tartness. Palate: Thick smooth texture, light/medium body, average/prickly carbonation, lingering dry, apple, tart, funky finish. Comments: Very nice.

Bottle from Waitrose and drunk on the train to Ashford. Clear gold lasting white head. Dry aroma. Dry apple cider throughout. Wow. You don’t tend to get this aggressive dry parching cider in a supermarket. Rather remarkable. I must admit I really like it. Funny as it’s best drink I have had today. Sweet apple fruit and then a dessicating finish. Finish is really good
