The flagship beer of this Bellingham, WA brewery is a classic West coast pale ale. Assertively fruity and hoppy.

Big foamy white head leaves a nice lacing on the glass. Fruity aroma is apparent in this amber colored medium bodied beer. Nice hoppy flavor. Excellent beer Orchard Street!

Light amber pale ale with a thin white head. Lots of hops in the nose and maybe a tweak of citrus. Rather dry and hoppy with a light flavoring of malt. This isn't an overly complex beer but it's okay.

A refreshing pale, but not one that will have you looking at the bottle from different angles, cocking your head back and forth and from side to side, scratching it in awe, slapping your tongue to the roof of your mouth trying to detect those subtle notes, its complexity won't make you forget the pie you set in the oven earlier only to burn it and to the dissapointment of everyone.

A very fruity boquet of flavors, and a great balance between malt and hops. For 4.99 a sixer at trader joes, this is definitely a party brew

A damn fine brew. This will give SNPA a good run for the money. Had no trouble knocking down several of these. Fruity, hoppy and all goodness. Do I have any more left?? Probably not :<(

Bottle. Orange-amber color with a very small, off-white head and virtually no lacing. Attractive aroma, balanced malts and hops. Aggressive hop flavor with a sweet malt backbone and an astringent finish. Nice ale palate, medium body with good carbonation. Not going to become a favorite, but nonetheless a good brew.

Pours brownish-orange with a smallish head, nice enticing fruity/hop aroma. Varies just enough from the typical new world SN pale ale type to make it interesting and distinct. In fact, there is more to like here than most west coast pale ales, a bit more robust but not overdone. Had one right after a Stone Pale Ale and it held up very well. Bonus was it's low cost per sixer at Trader Joe's.

This turned out to be a damn fine beer for less than a buck. The Orchard brewery does indeed have a nice session-like, but tasty selection of beers up there in washington! This one pours a medium to dark orange with beige hue and a tiny itty bitty white filmy head. The aroma is definitely a faint citrusy hop..definitely west coast as the description states..a typical pale ale smell..but some nice fruity malts. The flavor is definitely top notch...right up there with Stone's Pale ale is distinctness of taste and a nice tarty maltness..very hard to describe..but its got the most perfect aftertaste for a pale ale...wouldnt change anything in the aftertaste. Peaches, and a hint of grapes and grapefruit caress the back of the tongue...very nice indeed. Some serious carbonation..but subdued once it gets in the mouth. Impressive beer in many respects. I like this brewery...

Piquant aroma of (cascade?) hops in this orange amber brew. In fact, the aroma is so hoppy as to seem to indicate a sturdy IPA. Lovely hop flavor, and a fruity citric hoppiness redolent of some yet unnamed rememberance of my youth. A top 10 APA for sure, and not impossibly a top 5. This is some seriously good stuff--must have some more so I can pinpoint the taste. A god damn beautiful beer!

Sweet malty aroma...slight sour apple hops character...some floral tones. The appearance is perfect...beautiful orange/amber color with a perfect off-white head. The flavor is absolutely wonderful...sweet, sour apple, fragrant flowers, and some grapefruit. This is one of the better American Pale Ales I've ever had.
