Gravity poured half at the Pembury Tavern. Not a sweet cider by any stretch of the imagination. Very sour and tart. Cloudy blonde / amber apperance. Still. Plenty of spice and ginger in there but sometimes the apples are just a little on the harsh side. Very very dry and tart finish is easily the best bit.

Dec 24, 2006 Aroma is tart apple, unripe at times, different in many ways, maybe yeast is kicking in. Taste is similar, quite sour though, with tartness coming through.

Dec 20, 2006 [Bag in Box at Blackfriars] hazy deep orange colour. Fresh apple aroma some zesty citric notes, house character and some acidity. medium body, dry, tannic and tart.
