Flavor is roasty and spicey. Lots of florals and herbs goin on here. I think I just figured out I don’t care for the taste of ginseng. Noe of raosty malts and spicy medicinal roots. Dry nutty mouthfeel with an astringent finish. This beer is uniquely delectable. Yum! Aroma is dark malt, caramel/molasses. Taste is dark malt, caramel/molasses, hint of hops.
