On tap at the brewpub. Roasted grain, caramel, coffee. Smooth, the alcohol blends well in. On the sweet side.

Pours black with a small creamy head. Roast, licorice , fruit and Vague smoke. Smooth and chewy. Tasty.

Draught at the brewpub. Very dark brown beer with a nice beige/brownish head. Malty roasted chocolate aroma, licorice and coffee, vanilla and cream notes, caramel, smoked notes, caramel and some tar. Bitter coffee flavor, smoked, caramel, tar, soot, burnt wood, some dark fruits, dark chocolate, sweetish notes, well hidden alcohol.

Draught. Low creamy but long lasting brown head. Very dark clear brown body. Sweet malty liquorice coffee caramel aroma and flavor. Alcohol well hidden. A bit too sweet for my taste though. Low carbonation. Long sweet finish.

Draught. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and light hoppy roasted aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Smoked and oyster notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Draught at the brewpub. Black coloured with a medium sized beige head. Roasted aroma of caramel and licorice with notes of chocolate and smoke. Roasted flavour of licorice and cocoa powder with metallic notes and notes of smoke and hops. Dry roasted finish.

Draught at Apollo, Kbh (Øresundsporter 2013). Almost black - light brown head. High licorice. Fruity. Roasted. Medium burned notes. Ok bitterness. High malty. Smooth body. Light finish. Some light acid notes from the burned malts. Ok.

Tap @ the brewpub. Pours deep brown to black with a small, staying, creamy, beige head. Aroma has smoke, dark chocolate, roasted malts, prunes, light ashy. Highish carbonation, oily and fat mouthfeel. Flavour is roasted, nutty, smoked, dry. Light astringent with some notes of prunes and blackberries. Lingering malty bitter finish.
