COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A California style India pale ale, using distinctively citrus flavored northwest hops and a lot of them... A crisp ale with a definite bite, balanced with a full bodied maltiness and higher alcohol content.

If I remember correct, this is Pizza Orgasmica’s only beer that is above 6% so a few pints of these, your going to get $&%@’ed up! Overall, I think it’s a good brew. Hoppy, great head, color is awesome. You can’t go wrong.

On tap at Pizza Orgasmica poured a clear reddish amber with a small lasting amber head. Aromas of earthiness, carmel and light orange. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, earthiness and light citrus with a smooth lightly bitter finish.

Draft. Amber beer with an off-white head. Light grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and light pine flavor with light caramel. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and light pine lingers with light caramel.

A nice IPA. Good crisp hops. Drinks really smooth, has a light brown appearance with a small amount of head on it. Nice drink.

This is an excellent IPA. I sampled it at the San Mateo brewfest and it blew every other IPA out of the water. Excellent citrusy hoppy aroma. This great aroma carries right over the flavor and it a real treat for the taste buds. One of my favorite IPAs.

My friends and I bought a pitcher of this beer at Pizza Orgasmica. It was a great IPA. Good flavor. Very hoppy but not overbearing.
