3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured from a 500ml bottle. The aroma is minerally, apple, bready. The flavor is similar, the lactic acid character is balanced with everything else that is going on on this beer.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
500 ml bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours hazy deep golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with solid retention, that reduces to a thin rind of lace that lingers. Minimal spotty lacing around the glass, with some light streaming carbonation. Aromas of tart lemon, lime, green apple, white grape, berry, wheat, bread dough, coriander, sea salt, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy/acidic yeast, sea salt/spice, and pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of tart lemon, lime, green apple, white grape, berry, wheat, bread dough, coriander, sea salt, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Light-moderate tart/saline/spicy finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, green apple, white grape, berry, wheat, bready dough, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy/acidic yeast, sea salt/spice, and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/acidic/saline balanced finish and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready, and fairly acidic/saline mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is an excellent gose style. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy/acidic yeast, salt/spice, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink with the balanced acidity. A very enjoyable offering.

Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. A typical gose with very present, but not dominant milk serum. Smooth sourness and quite dry, thus easy to drink.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
16.9 oz bottle. Hazy gold tone with some yeast sedimentation chunks (says to lightly shake bottle before opening to mix in yeast) - quick white foam. Lightly fruity & salty. A bit smooth & bland and not as tart as many. Picked up sour milk hints. Medium+ body and moderate- carbonation. Bottle says its brewed by Ritterguts Gose in Borna/Saxony, Germany.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Appearance: very very slight haze, light yellow color, medium off white head
Aroma: berries, lemon, cherry, very aromatic
Taste: sweet, faint tartness, caramel malt, even some alcohol which is hard to believe considering its abv, floral
Palate: lively carbonation, medium mouthfeel, sweet aftertaste
Overall: very unique beer, the way it mixes sweet and tart is interesting, not sure I'm the biggest fan of the flavor but interesting
