COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Cherry Tree cider combines the finest American heirloom apples, which were popular in the United States in the 18th and 19th centuries, with tart cherries. The finished product has the clean, rich flavor of fresh cherries with the depth and elegance that comes from using freshly pressed U.S. heirloom cider apples.

Tallahassee, Fl. - Whole Foods Market - 12 oz bottle. Dark golden with a slight pink twing to it with a bubbly white head. Aroma of cherry juice and a touch of cherry cough syrup. Cherry flavor is very prominent and adds a nice sour touch to the cider. Solid red delicious appllle flavor permeates in the backgrouns with just a hint of fruity bubble gum. Mouthfeel has a decent thickness to it, Not bad.

On tap @ Pi Pizzeria. Rosé pour with a soda-like white head. Sweet cherry juice and apple. Kind of a black cherry soda sort of smell and flavor. There’s a mild acidity to the flavor. Slight yeastiness on the finish. Okay, not spectacularly good or bad.

After strongly disliking the elderberry cider by the same company, I was surprised to find that I liked this one a good deal more. It also was sweeter than I’d prefer, but I didn’t find the sweetness overwhelming here. The cherry had considerable depth and complexity. I don’t know what kind of cherries they use, but they tasted a bit like sour cherries and a bit like wild black cherries. The cherry is strongly evident in the aroma, which I like--good cherries and cherry-flavored anything, in my opinion, is very aromatic. Fairly rich, and on the heavy side for a cider, but not overwhelmingly so. I’d drink this again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice unless there was little else available.

Perfumey nose. Rose colored, bubbly. Black cherry flavor, more apple character in the finish. Fizzy. Very tasty and sessionable.

Great cherry flavored cider. Has a red amber color and cherry juice aroma. Like drinking cherry juice with a sweet finish. Lovely.

Sample at Hopfest 2014. Comes a pale red with a small pink head. Aroma of cherry and apple. Taste is cherry, apple, and earth. Nice for a hot day, not too sweet.

Bottle to pint. Looks decent for the style; a transparent reddish orange with white head that steadily dissipates into thin lacing. Smells of cherry apple cider. Tastes like it smells, but more cherry, and what seems to be some artificial flavor too. Average on the palate. Not my thing.

Clear, tawny rose with a thin carpeting white head. Clean label, standard longneck. Lightly floral-sweet, earthy, mildly vinegraic, dusty apple aroma. Tangy and a little astringent, reminds me of baking apples or crabapples. Medium body, not too fizzy. Cherry bitterness. Fair enough. ABC, Betton.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run. Pours a clear red with a wisp of a head that persists. Aroma of dry apples followed by sweet cherries and a bit of earth. The taste is sweet cherries, tart cherries, tart apples. Faint vanilla. Medium bodied, lingering tartness.

Pours a darker blush color with some semblance of a pinkish-eggshell head that hangs out as a ring and leaves some soapy lace spots. Nose involves soft apple skin with tart cherry and clean champagne yeast, approximating as pleasant, floral and delicate. Pretty sweet, but not excessively so, with a fair tartness. Medium-light body, effervescent, some syrupy-ness, tingly, finishing tart. If this were drier, it would be really damn good. As is, it’s still very nice, not overbearing in any way. Refreshing, very white wine spritzer-ish.

Bottle sampled back when it was in 750s. Golden pink pour with a fizzy head that disappears. Cherry aroma, a touch tart, with apples there of course. Nice flavor, lightly sweet, cherry, apple juice, a touch of tartness. Not bad.
