Aroma: Slight apple aroma.

Pours an extremely light color with a fizzy, half finger head that dissipates to nothing in moments. Had a slightly tart aroma, and that’s it. Was slightly sweet, and a bit tart. A really bland cider.

Pours a very pale yellow with a barely present fizzy white head that vanishes quickly. Light on the nose. A bit of tartness. Flavor is rather weak, tart and tangy, some sweetness, but it could perhaps use a bit more assertiveness. Very light and fizzy on the mouth, goes down easily. Not spectacular.

Faintly colored pour of pale pale yellow with no head. Nose is not the best, smells somewhat funky and unclean. Apple and light sweet notes present. Flavor is better, with good dry apples, not overly sweet, not excessively bitter. Smooth and drinkable. Dry finish with a faint hint of almost champagne. Not bad.

On tap. Pour pale and clear. Noticable apple and spice aroma. A fairly good drinkable cider.

Very light golden color with no head. Fresh golden apple, green apple aromas. Light to medium body. Medium sweet, lightly tart golden apple flavors with some cinnamon--not too bad

Bottled. Poured clear, very pale, almost watery golden with no head sticking around. The aroma picked up tart apple skins and light white spices.. not a lot going on. The flavor found tangy apple skins on the tip of the tongue with watery pale malts and apple essence on the middle.. tart with little substance on the quick, dry finish. Very light-bodied and tart on the palate.. bright carbonation.. watery middle.. not very good.

Savannah, Ga. - Habersham Beverage Warehouse - 12 oz bottle. Sparkling light golden, chablis-like pour with no head. Clean aroma of golden delicious apples. Flavor is crisp with some golden delicious apple slices. a brief hint of apple pie spice. Mouthfeel is clean and crisp. Not bad at all.
