Thanks to Jay for sharing at the tasting. Light golden beer. Aroma has corn, vegetable, and slight wheat notes. Flavor not as awful not as bad as the aroma but that’s not saying anything.

Jay comes through with yet another tick, dam him for making my lager count go up. Pours a pale yellow with a white head. Corny, vegetative, butter, and grainy bread y cereal notes. Another rather useless lager.

Bottle from a Korean liquor store in Ridgefield, I took it to Paul’s gathering with Kan. Pours a clear piss yellow, with the correctly accompanying bubbles. Smells musky and sweaty, a bit like a hamster cage. Sweet corn juice flavor, relatively inoffensive. Once past the aroma it probably has a place… just not in my belly.

Pours a clear straw yellow. Nose is missing like Laci Peterson. No distinct aroma, literally smells like air. Taste is artificial and slightly corn-based from the front. Not too dry of a body, mostly just cereal grain, middle palate is grainy with slight sweetness, pretty gross, finishes with no flavor at all.

This may be a situational higher rating, but I had this on my last sushi dining experience, and sometimes a beer can just complement a meal perfectly. Big bomber of a bottle. the beer poured a perfect pale lager light yellow with a tight thin white head. Aroma was bread, lemon citrus, a little bit of grain, some really nice light hop background. Flavor was a bit bready on the front, but complemented the sashimi very nicely. Really smooth, nothing harsh. Pretty decent pale lager. Maybe I need to retry Coors Light the next time I have sushi (hah!)

Poured from the big brown bottle very pale yellow with a stark white, foamy head. Sweet, malty aroma. Very thin body. Thin in flavor as well, but not so bad ... very mellow fruitiness, this wouldn’t be too bad with a piece of fish or a salad. found at the PX in Camp Lejune NC.

Bottle @ Kazumi Sushi. Pours a clear light golden yellow with a small bubbly white head. Nose of cereal grain, and faint hops. Flavor is very crisp with a light hop bitterness.

Quit a suprise when I popped the top of this behemoth bottle and poured the contents into my glass. A fresh blast of fresh baked bread and a light lemony touch. I kept pounding my glass because the aroma was so inviting for a pale lager. Really suprised. The body was a standard piss-yellow color, 1" frothy tan head which melted into a oil-slick-like island of scum that petered around the middle of my glass. Flavor has some solid citrus notes, light grassy bitterness, some yeast and grainy. Clean finish. Very refreshing.
