2.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Can shared with my father-in-law. Colour is very pale yellow, well carbonated with a huge head. Nose is very similar to Yebisu Silk and so I suspect it’s got the same malt profile with wheat. It’s sweetish grainy cereal malt with an artificial lactic sweetness to it. Taste is the same. Finish is quite bitter and there’s a bit of citrous. Like if you had lemon juice diluted with water.

33cl bottle from Cold Storage, Novena. Japanese rice lager manufactured by Asahi in the pale lager style. Golden pale colour with a small white head which disappears quickly. Medium carbonation. Aroma of malt, bread. Lightly hopped - sweet taste of malt. Light and easy to drink.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
11.3 FL oz. bottled at One Flew South, in the Atlanta airport. The pour is clear golden with not much white head. The aroma is cereal grain malt along with a bit of sweet floral. The taste is the clean malt cereal grain along with a nice soft sweet floral. Decent integration of the flavors. The palate is light to medium bodied with active carbonation and a clean simple dry finish. Simple straightforward and clean beer, worked well with sushi.

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
A little mechanical aroma, more metal.. color is fair gold. Taste is sort of breqdy, more bitter than average discount lager. Stands out because can looms weird and its pretty bitter.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Tap in Naha. Almost no nose to speak of. Light grain and a tiny bit of citrus. Pale golden color. Light, thin, and watery flavor. Almost no flavor either. Not bad, just almost tastes like water. Bit of malt and grain and a tiny bit of bitterness.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Visual: Pours rich golden amber with barley any head, a thin layer of micro retention, lots of fast singular streams.
Nose: barely anything, a bit of hay/straw. (lvl-2)-pungency
Attack: liquid malt sweetness
Mid-palate: (lvl-5)-sweetness, (MAIN) barley malt, straw,
Finish: crisp, trace amounts of hopped bitterness, light clean barley malt finish.
Summary: Very clean and nicely sweet. No complexity but a good hot meal beer.
