omhper (12155), Stockholm, Sweden Nov 16, 2006 Updated: Nov 17, 2006Bottled (as Orion Premium Beer, 5%) at Monks Café, Stockholm. Lightly hazy pale yellow, brief head. Vague applearoma Sweet and ricey with light body. Soft and very drinkable, butrather void of desired flavours. Some paper shows up in a finish almost entirely without bitterness. oh6gdx (8802), Vasa, Finland Apr 15, 2006 Canned. Pale golden colour, minor white head. Aroma is diacetylic, maizeish and malty. Flavour is totally crap, diacetyl and very harsh grassy mould and skunked hops. Very unpleasant. No points for this one. No, none whatsoever. Oakes (8058), gone rambling, Vietnam Feb 27, 2005 Light gold colour. Grassy noble hop aroma. Reasonably full body for style. Grassy hops meet grainy malts in a light flavour profile. Not stellar, but far from objectionable. TBone (6678), Pori, Finland Apr 15, 2006 Can 350ml (BB 08/2006)
Pale yellow, mostly vanishing head. Corn aroma and boiled vegatables. Sweet corn, mushrooms and vegetables also in flavor. Really awful, can’t be like this as fresh? faroeviking (6024), Republica Vikingo de las, Faroe Islands Dec 8, 2006 Bottle. Golden yellow colour with a fluffy white head. Aroma of grain and malt, some hops. Good flavour of malts and grains, bit fruitiness, dry finish. Good pale lager which actually has a good taste. hopdog (5534), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Nov 1, 2007 855ml bottle. Poured a medium yellow color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas yeast, grass, and a generic maltiness. Tastes follow suit. Body on the thinner side. duff (5474), Surrey, Greater London, England Jan 14, 2004 Just another boring Japanese lager. Watery- very light texture, ricey, corny flavour. Pretty similiar to Asahi, Kirin, Sapporro etc..... JoeMcPhee (4893), Jackson Heights, New York, USA Feb 27, 2005 From a 633 ml bottle. Pale yellow beer, no head at all. Grassy and pissy aroma. Huge skunkiness that is pretty tough to take. Flavour is not bad, but it’s tough getting your nose that close to it. Grassy flavour.
