Many times I felt like taking an 18-hr flight for a six-pac. Semper Fi!

It’s a great beer to suck down on a hot Okinawan summer day. Definitely beats the hell out of other ’American Standard’ type beers like Budwieser. mctous (119), Herndon, Virginia, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 31, 2005 Orion smells of fresh pale malt with slight hoppiness. It pours with good head retention and smooth, even carbonation. Its flavor is quite fresh and clean, and quite true to the pale lager style. Good Saaz hop extraction but not enough of them. Medium body, with a semi-dry finish. Many of the Ratebeerians must have had skunked bottles, because my sample rivaled the finest pale lagers. edden (927), cow- lumbus, Ohio, USA

Nose is slightly breadie. Flavor is light with a touch of lemon. Not at all skunked… which is always a plus. Rating by style, this is not a bad pale lager. This might not be my favorite style of beer, but after a long day at work it was much appreciated. Eyedrinkale (3209), Astoria, New York, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 27, 2008 11.3 oz bottle. Aroma is the standard corn you’d expect with the faintest amount of spicy hops. Medium bodied with a decent balance. Crisp flavor with a mellow grassiness. I like that its not corn juice and it actually has a long finish. Not bad at all. Admiral (524), Schnecksville, Pennsylvania, USA

And like most Japanese beer, it has the kanji for "nama," "fresh" on the label. Certainly it isn’t stale... Ethereal (1500), London, Greater London, England

Golden with an aroma of citrus and lager malt. Delicate pilsner flavour with a bit of creaminess. Palate is light with a dry, crisp finish. Pleasant but not distinctive. jerohen (1612), Bussum, Netherlands
