Poured a clear golden with a moderate white head. Aroma of sweet grainy malt and mildly bitter hops. Medium body, flavour is light pine and floral hops and soft malt. Smooth and very drinkable.

Cask at the Grill, alongside a wee dram. It pours golden amber with a medium white head. The nose is light toast, creamy, dough, pear drops, icing sugar and catdboard. The taste is floral, citrus peel, light dough, toast and grain with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Smooth and quaffable. Pretty alright.

23.12.2013. 0,5l Bottle. Spesialbutikken Vaaland. Pale golden yellow colour with white head. Aroma is fresh hoppy with flowers, hay and summer. Fresh aromas of green apples as vell. Very soft and nice hopping. Medium body with a dry apple aftertaste. Very nice ale!

500ml bottle at home. Pours a clear pale yellow, decent white head. Hay and cereal aromas, light grass and butterscotch. Taste is light bitter, light sweet. OK blonde beer.

Clear pale golden/blonde with a good sized white covering.
Nose carries traces of diacetyl, light citric zing, toasted malts.
Taste comprises light citrus, straw, lemon zest, toasted malts.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light grassy bitterness in the finish.
So so GB.

Bottle from Vaaland Spesialbutikken Ølutsalg, Bryne. Pours a golden body with a small white head. Nose is grass, melon, wine gum and hints of pale malts and wet leaves. Taste is wine gum, pale malts, fresh herbs, floral hop notes and hints of melon. Light body, soft to medium carbonation. Quite lovely and drinkable creation from Orkney. Now this is what I call a classic session ale!
