Cask (handpump) @ The John Leslie, 45 Ratcliffe Terrace, Edinburgh, Scotland EH9 1SU.

Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus, earth, light lime. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Cask@GBBF2007. Yellow colour, big creamy white head. Aroma is herbs, hoppy fruits and some vegetables. Flavour is very wooden, hoppy (flowery and fruity) along with grass and slight burnt notes. Leaves a nice wooden and flowery flavour in the aftertaste.

Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Golden colour. Light bodied and very fruity with rounded mouthfeel. Low on hops, notes of honey, salty finish. Very drinkable.

Cask @ Willow Walk, JDW, Victoria SW1. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty aroma with some hints of caramel. Fruity malty slightly hoppy caramel flavor. Has a sweetish malty caramel finish with some hoppy hints in the aftertaste.

Cask/GBBF. Yellow with a small but lasting white head. Grass aroma with a hint of cabbage. Sweet with just a touch of hoppy bitterness.

Scotland 05. Golden with a delicious head and a nice fruity/flowery and malty aroma. The flavour has a light honey sweetness and nice notes of fruit, flower and malt. It’s uncomplicated, quenching and refreshing, og it has a lot of flavour in spite of the only 3.8% - neat!

Cask Stillage at the King George’s Hall, Blackburn 06/09/2001 Amber coloured and slightly bitter. Fruity with a hop finish.

Cask Conditioned at The Rose & Crown, Charlbury, Oxon. Pale golden beer with thin bubbly head. Spicy resinous beer, light and thin with a burnt flavour. Thin finish making it largely unexiting.

Cask conditioned handpump Malt Shovel Northampton 27/04/12. A pale golden beer with a white head and lacing. A bit of sweet toffee in the aroma. Oaty sweetness in the mouth giving way to citrus bitterness. The texture is creamy. Late fruits are ok. It’s reasonable enough.
